This resort located at the doorstep to the Charlevoix region features three pavilions that are home to a restaurant, a steam bath, a sauna, a massage area, hot and cold pools, as well as numerous areas for relaxation.

Torrefied pine siding, stained black, was used to cover all buildings. Although the shell, as such, features a variety of cladding profiles, the choice of black stain means that, over time, greying will occur uniformly. Integrating the buildings with their surrounding environment was a priority, as is shown in how they refer to vernacular constructions in the area.

White pine ceilings and soffits, along with oiled larch flooring in the massage therapy area, work to bring the complex into fuller harmony with its environment.

The cost of wood products, including installation, was $600,000, out of a project total of $3.5 million.
